Cooking instructions:

Place a flat griddle / pan / skillet (cast iron, non stick, medium thickness) with generous amount of ghee or butter or oil on it and on stove on medium to high heat; place a frozen paratha on it (no need to wait for the pan to heat up), cover it with a lid (this locks in the moisture) and let it cook for about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.

Put oil butter or ghee on the other side and using a broad flat spatula flip it to cook the other side for another 1 1/2 min to 2 minutes

Cook with a closed lid as that seals in the moisture and also helps paratha cook faster

Your Paratha should be ready. If required flip again and add ghee or oil or butter per your liking.

*The cooking times may slightly vary depending on your stove

** Generally avoid defrosting as the Paratha may lose it's form . However if you are cooking a defrosted paratha, reduce the cooking durations

***When cooking multiple paratha’s one after the other, continue to reduce the cooking times for each subsequent paratha.
