Ready to cook paratha’s.
Imagine an assortment of handmade, deeply and profusely stuffed paratha pack in your freezer. Walk up to it and grab an aloo one or a carrot one or find a methi one hidden under the paneer paratha. Start a griddle, add some ghee or butter and place the frozen paratha on it. Set the timer for 2 min while you grab that gripping book or open up netflix. Find Yogurt, pickle, jam or any spread of your liking and place it on the table. The 2 min. buzzer beeps, and you walk up to griddle and flip the paratha and reset the timer for another 2 min.
You see, its not hard to put amazing food on the table (with a little help). Right off the griddle, steaming, ready to eat just the way its meant to. Your small engagement during this final act, makes a big difference to your meal. Your body (and the foodie spirit) will appreciate this very much.
